2023 Summer Camp Tuition
Camp Evergreen is delighted to be your child's "home base" for summer vacation. Most of our campers come for 6 weeks or more. Our schedule is designed for flexibility. If your child leaves camp for another commitment, he or she will be able to come back and rejoin the same group.
Campers must sign up for one complete two week session before adding half sessions and skipping weeks. You may not start your child in the middle of a session. Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are the weeks campers can start camp (see calendar). There is no daily pricing for the summer camp program.
Multi-Week Discount: The price per week drops the more weeks your child attends. The multi-week discount will be reflected in the final invoice once your application is approved.
Early Bird Discount: Sign up before January 31st and receive a 5% discount on summer tuition. Please note: If you choose to sign up for more weeks that you require and you cancel after the January 31st early bird deadline, you will loose the 5% discount on your weeks. Please plan accordingly.
Below is the cost according to how many weeks your child attends. Transportation and extended day are not discounted.

Notice regarding Session 1 only: Subtract $200 for July 3rd and 4th (No Camp). Any other missed days throughout the summer (i.e. due to family vacations) will not receive reimbursement.
The price for transportation will be determined at a later date. Those who wish to sign up for transportation may still do so, but will be billed at a later time.
Extended Day Pricing
Extended Day Morning: $60 per week beginning at 8:00 am
Extended Day Afternoon: $65 per week ending at 5:45 pm
Drop in extended day during the session is available for the price of $15 for either morning or afternoon extended day. Check or Cash payment is required at drop off / pick up.
Please note: You may not sign up for extended day and transportation.
2023 Spring Vacation Camp Tuition
April Vacation Camp will be held April 17th - 21st. There is a daily price of $105 per day with a 3 day minimum or a 5 day price of $500. Tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment via cash or check.
Please note: there is no transportation offered during vacation camp
Morning extended day during Vacation Camp is priced at $12 per day. Afternoon extended day is priced at $13 per day. These prices are based on pre-registration.
Drop in extended day is available but the price is $15 for either morning or afternoon hours. Check or cash is required at the time of drop off / pick up.
To be completed if your child will need to take any medication during the camp day.
Please print out and keep handy so that you will always know what awesome stuff is going on during the camp week!
If your child wants to use their personal archery equipment while at camp. Fill it out completely and give it to one of the transportation staff at the beginning of the session.

Congratulations! You are on the way to make this the BEST SUMMER EVER! We hope that you find our registration process easy and convenient. If you have any questions regarding registration do not hesitate to contact us!

- Use a computer to complete registration. It will make your life easier :)
-Create an account on our online portal. Returning families can log back into their existing accounts.
-Adhere to our sign up policy. You must register for a full two week session before adding half sessions or skipping weeks. See our calendar for dates! We do not offer 1 week sessions, with the exception of Extended Summer. There is no daily pricing.
-Digitize your child’s immunization and physical records. A doctor's standard note works perfectly for both. Physical and immunization records are good for 18 months.
We accept photo files and pdfs. If you have multiple pages you need to upload, please combine them into a single file. Please make separate files for each child that you wish to enroll. Label each file with the child's name.
-Have your child’s insurance, doctor, and dentist information on hand to complete the medical information form.
-Please include a recent photo of your child. This is not required, but it helps us in the event that we need to identify your child.
Please note: returning campers must review and update all forms annually.
Application Approval: All applications must be approved before your child can be officially enrolled. We will notify you via email as soon as your application approved. We will include your final invoice with all applicable discounts applied.
If your application is not approved, we will contact you directly to discuss your options.
We expect to have a large volume of applications coming in during the early enrollment period. We appreciate your patience as we review each application for approval.
Please note: until your application is approved and all of your required forms are submitted, your child is not officially enrolled in camp.
What if I am waitlisted? If there is no more space left in your child's group for your desired weeks, you will have the option to waitlist. There is no deposit necessary and no obligation to enroll if you choose to waitlist.
We do our best to accommodate as many campers as we can. If you are waitlisted, we will contact shortly to discuss your options. We continue to monitor the waitlist during the enrollment period. If your waitlisted weeks become available, we will contact you directly.
Switching or Cancelling Weeks: You cannot cancel or switch weeks from the portal once you have registered your child(ren). You may, however, add weeks provided there is availability. If you need to switch weeks or cancel, please call or email the office to do so manually.
Please note: switching and adding weeks is subject to availability.
Deposit and Tuition: A $300 dollar non-refundable deposit is required per application to enroll in our summer program. The deposit can be paid via cash, check, or credit. The deposit will be applied to the final tuition.
Tuition is due in full by cash or check May 1st. Please make checks out to Camp Evergreen and send to 166 Jenkins Rd. Andover Ma 01810. We do not accept credit cards for final payment.
If you need to set up a payment plan, please contact the office to speak the director. Failure to provide full payment by May 1st will result in you loosing your child's spot in our program.
Refund Policy: Our policy is no cash refunds. If you are absent for 5 consecutive days or more for a medical reason with a doctors note, you may be eligible for a camp credit.
Cancellations due to family vacations, changes in plans, etc. are not eligible for credit.
