Registration for Summer and Spring Camp 2022 begins on November 26th for Returning Campers and December 11th for New Campers.

Registration for our Spring and Summer Camps takes place exclusively online from our registration portal. Completed applications include the Camper Information Form, the Health History Form, A signed policy and camper code of conduct form, a recent physical and immunization form from your child's doctor, and a $300 non refundable registration fee (summer only) to be paid by credit card, cash, or check.
Space is limited. Registration is on a first come first served basis so please plan accordingly.
Please read the following information to help you get started with the application process...
New Campers: Please create an account. Each camper should have their own profile on your account.
Returning Campers: Log back into your existing account. Much of your information will already be auto filled. Simply update and save!
Your Account: From your account you can add weeks, update contact information, see balance and download your invoice at your convenience. If you wish to cancel or change weeks, please contact the office.
Camper Information Form:
The Camper Information Form is an online form that provides us with a little more information about your child. New and returning campers must fill out this form every year to participate in our programs. This form is shared with your child's counselor so that they can better understand your child's needs and goals of the summer.
If your child is attending both Spring and Summer camps, you only need to fill out this form one time per year.
Polices and Code of Conduct:
Please read this online form carefully and sign. If you have any questions about our policies or the camper code of conduct, feel free to contact the office.
Medical Information Form:
The Medical Information form is an online form required at registration for Spring and Summer Camp. This form provides us with any pertinent health history that may impact your child's experience at camp. Please have your insurance information as well as your child's doctor and dentist contact information available when filling out this form.
Physical and Immunization Form:
You must upload a recent physical and immunization form for each child attending. Physicals and immunization records must be within 18 months from the start of camp.
A doctor's standard form used for schools and camps works perfectly for this purpose since it has the physical information and the immunization records on it.
You can upload a PDF or a photo of the form. If your forms are multiple pages, please combined them into a single PDF before you upload. If you need help with this, please email the office so we can assist you.
We require a $300 non refundable deposit to be paid at the time of enrollment for summer camp. The deposit can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. If you add weeks after the initial registration, you do not need to pay an additional deposit. The deposit will go towards your final tuition. Final tuition must be paid by check.
You will have the opportunity to upload a photo of your child for their profile picture. This photo is for internal use only. This is optional but it does help us if we need to identify your child.
Selecting your child's grade: Please keep in mind that we group children by the grade they just finished in school. When selecting your child's grade, please select the grade they just completed so they can be placed in the proper group.
The Early Bird discount will be applied automatically for those who register before the January 31st deadline.
The multi-week discount will be added manually upon approval of your registration.
ALL applications must be approved by the Camp Administration before your child can be fully enrolled. You will receive an email after we process your application to notify you if your application has been approved or denied. Due to the high volume of applications in the opening weeks of registration, please allow a few days before you receive this notification.
This Camp complies with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the Andover Board of Health
