2025 Summer Camp Tuition

Camp Evergreen is delighted to be your child's "home base" for summer vacation.  Most of our campers come for 6 weeks or more. Our schedule is designed for flexibility. If your child leaves camp for another commitment, he or she will be able to come back and rejoin the same group. 

Campers must sign up for one complete two week session before adding single weeks. You may not start your child in the middle of a session. Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are the weeks campers can start camp (see calendar). There is no daily pricing for the summer camp program.

There are two ways to save on summer tuition...

Multi-Week Discount: The price per week drops the more weeks your child attends. The multi-week discount will be reflected in the final invoice once your application is approved.  

Early Bird Discount: Sign up before January 31st and receive a 5% discount on summer tuition. 

If you want to add weeks later on in the summer, both these discounts will be applied. 

Below is the cost according to how many weeks your child attends. Transportation and extended day are not discounted.

9 Week price $5351($594 per week)

8 Week price $4953 ($619 per week)

7 Week price $4381 (625.85 per week)

6 Week price $3796 (632.60 per week)

5 Week price $3197 ($639.40 per week)

4 Week price $2584 ($646.08 per week)

3 Week price: $1958 ($651.81 per week)

2 Week price : $1319 ($656.50 per week)

1 Week price (week 9 only)....…..............……$ 673.00

Notice regarding Session 1 only: Subtract $100 for 4th of July (No Camp).  Any other missed days throughout the summer (i.e. due to family vacations) will not be eligible for tuition refunds or camp credit.

Transportation Pricing
The price for Transportation is $140 a week per child. 

PLEASE NOTE: There is no transportation offered week 9

Extended Day Pricing

Extended Day Morning: $60 per week beginning at 8:00 am

Extended Day Afternoon: $100 per week ending at 5:45 pm

Sign up for Both Morning and Afternoon Extended day and Save: $150 per week per child

Drop-in extended day during the session is available for the price of $15 for morning extended day and $23 for afternoon extended day.  Check or Cash payment is required at drop off / pick up.

Please note: You may not sign up for extended day and transportation. 

Registration Fee
Included in the price of tuition is a 25% per week registration fee. This fee is due at the time of enrollment. This fee is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and ineligible for camp credit. The fee is based on the weekly price before discounts. 

2025 Spring Vacation Camp Tuition

April Vacation Camp will be held April 21st-April 25th. The normal hours of camp is from 9:00 to 4:00. There is a daily price of $116 per day with a 3 day minimum or a 5 day price of $550. Included in the tuition is a 25% non refundable registration fee due at the time of enrollment. 

Please note: There is no transportation offered during vacation camp

Vacation Camp Extended Day

Morning extended day during Vacation Camp is priced at $15 per day. Morning extended day begins at 9:00. Afternoon extended day is priced at $18 per day. Afternoon extended day ends at 5:45. These prices are based on pre-registration. 

Drop-in extended day for AM or PM extended day is $20 per child. Please notify the office if you wish to sign up for drop-in extended day.  Check or cash is required at the time of drop off / pick up.
