2026 Summer Camp Tuition

Overview:

Our program is designed with flexibility in mind. After your child completes their first full two-week session, they may add additional weeks as needed. If they leave camp for a vacation or another commitment, they can return later in the summer and rejoin their same group. Campers must complete the full two consecutive weeks before starting or returning on a later date.

Sign up Policy:

• Campers must be 5 years old by June 1st and going into kindergarten in the fall to be eligible to register for camp. 
• Campers must be registered for one full, consecutive two-week session before adding any single weeks.
• Campers may not start in the middle of a session. 
• All start dates must align with the beginning of a session: Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9. (see calendar).
• Applications must adhere to our sign up policy to be considered for enrollment. This policy is strictly enforced! 
  
  

Ways to save on summer tuition:
Multi-Week Discount:
The price per week drops the more weeks your child attends. The multi-week discount will be reflected in the final invoice once your application is approved.  

Early Bird Discount:
Sign up before January 31st and receive a 5% discount on summer tuition. 

*Both discounts will be applied if you add weeks during the summer. 

*Transportation and extended day services are not discounted.

Pricing:

Below is the tuition based on the total number of weeks your child attends.


Special Price for Week 2 only: Subtract $100 for 3rd of July (No Camp).  Any other missed days throughout the summer (i.e. due to family vacations) will not be eligible for tuition refunds or camp credit.

1 Week price (week 9 only): $ 713

2 Week price : $1398 ($699 per week)

3 Week price: $2076 ($692 per week)

4 Week price $2740 ($685 per week)

5 Week price $3390 ($678 per week)

6 Week price $4026 ($671 per week)

7 Week price $4641 ($663 per week)

8 Week price $5248 ($656 per week)

9 Week price $5741($649 per week)

(July 3rd discount is ALREADY reflected in 9 week price)

Add On's:

You may add extended day or transportation to your registration. Important: You may not register for both extended day AND transportation. 

Extended Day:

Extended day is available in two ways: weekly pre-registration or drop-in. You can sign up for weekly morning or afternoon extended day through our registration portal. If you plan to use the drop-in option, please email the office to let us know. Drop-in extended day must be paid at drop-off or pick-up.

Weekly Extended Day Rates (per child)

• Morning Extended Day: $60 per week (begins at 8:00 a.m.)
• Afternoon Extended Day: $100 per week (ends at 5:45 p.m.)
• Both Morning and Afternoon: $150 per week (combined rate)

Drop In Extended Day

Drop in Extended day is available during the session at the following rates. Rates are per child.

• Morning drop-in: $15
• Afternoon drop-in: $23
• Payment for drop-in extended day must be made by cash or check at drop off or pick up. 
  
  

Transportation:
We offer central pick up and drop off transportation to the following stops:

• Stone Zoo
• Winchester High School/Winchester
• Veterans Field/Wakefield
• Reading Train Station/Reading

The price for Transportation is $150 a week per child. 

Important: There is no transportation offered week 9

Payment Policies:
Tuition Due Date:

• Tuition is Due in Full by May 1st. Any registrations after May 1st must be paid in full.
• Unpaid balances after May 1st may result in loosing your child's spot
• Tuition is non refundable and non transferable once paid. 
  
  Registration Fee:
• A 25% per week registration fee is included in tuition.
• This fee is non refundable, non transferable, and not eligible for camp credit at any time.
• The fee is due at the time of enrollment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, your camper's spot will be released.  

Cancellations and Refunds:

• To receive any refund, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to May 1st.
• Cancellations requests made on or after May 1st are non eligible for refunds or credits regardless of the reason.
• Week changes may be made if space is available. 
• Camp Credit may be issued only for documented medical withdrawals and must be used within one calendar year for Vacation or Summer Camp. Credits are non transferable. 
• No refunds or credits for behavioral dismissals, late arrivals, or missed days
• Special circumstances may be submitted to the Camp Director for Review.
