Camp Evergreen

Camp Evergreen is the perfect venue for one day corporate outings, family reunions, church retreats, school field trips, graduation parties, weddings, and much much more! We invite you to come out and take a tour of our grounds. Upon arrival you will see all the possibilities for creating a great fun filled day for your gathering.

Our facility offers your group privacy in a relaxed environment. There are many different recreational areas within the camp. Be it swimming in the pool, a softball game, tennis, ping-pong, or horseshoes, we are sure everyone will find something fun to do. We provide equipment for the ball field, volleyball, and miniature golf. Guests should bring their own tennis equipment and beach chairs.

The main picnic area is adjacent to the pool, playground and miniature golf course. Barbecue pits, picnic tables, electricity and trash cans are all right there. A walk-in refrigerator is available for your refreshments. We can recommend a caterer, or you may prepare your own food. The flexibility is here for you to plan your unique party.

Corporate Rates are based on the number of guests in your group. The basic rate is for the exclusive use of the facility on a weekend day from 10:00am - 6:00pm.

A $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Early booking is strongly recommended. We work on a first come, first serve basis. Receipt of your deposit reserves your date.

Lifeguards are provided for an additional $150.00 per guard. You will be required to hire at least one to have the pool available to your guests.

Some of the other options available to meet your party needs are:

  •Counselors to initiate and supervise activities for children or adults are $150.00 each. 
  
  Additional attractions such as catering, pony rides, clowns, and other novel ideas are priced on an individual basis.
